Session Description:
Electrical Safety is a concern among General Industry and Construction. There has been confusion in how the NFPA 70E assists in compliance with the required OSHA standards - 1910 & 1926 and the NEC NFPA 70. This program will assist managers in meeting the OSHA compliance requirements and provide the participants with examples of how to meet those requirements.

Vincent Milleris the Safety Director for the Washington DC Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors
Association (NECA) and also maintains a private consulting business specializing in Risk Assessments, Fall
Protection, Confined Space and Electrical Safety. He holds the titles of Certified Safety Professional, Certified
Safety & Health Manager and had the title of Certified Utility Safety Administrator and Accredited Safety Auditor.
Vince has been the President of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) - National Capital Chapter,
Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Chapter of ASSE (NOVA)
